I assume either drivers are on that CD or drivers are automatically installed when I install the (probably crappy) Nikon software from the CD. I looked through the box, and while I still have all the product manuals and information, I don't see the CD. Next I realized that the drivers are probably on the CD that came with my D90. I don't seem to see any drivers on Nikons site or any other site out there. So basically, the Nikon Camera Control 2 software says that there is no camera connected.įirst I thought was "Just on Nikons website and download D90 Windows XP Drivers". When I plug it in, Windows goes through the process of recognizing a new device but it can't find any suitable drivers for it. I recently downloaded a trial version of Nikon's Camera Control 2 software and hooked up my D90 to my PC using the USB cable that came with the camera. I've always used a card reader to transfer pictures to my Windows XP computer.
